By using DatA+ you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to bind that organization.
DatA+ reads your connected Google Search Console and GA4 data, generates SEO and GEO insights and audits, and, where you connect a CMS, can apply specific changes you approve. Features and limits vary by plan.
During beta the service is provided as is and may change or have downtime. Do not rely on it as your only record of any data.
You are responsible for your account, the credentials you connect, and the actions taken under your login. Keep them secure. For one-click changes, connect an account with the least access needed (an Editor, not an Administrator).
Do not use DatA+ to access data you are not authorized to access, to break any law, or to disrupt the service. Only connect websites and accounts you own or manage with permission.
You own your data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy and DPA. You can export or delete it at any time.
AI recommendations are drafts. Any change to your website is applied only after you explicitly approve it, is limited to the fields shown, and can be undone. You are responsible for reviewing changes before publishing. We are not liable for the outcome of changes you approve.
DatA+ relies on Google, your CMS, and other providers. Your use of those is governed by their terms, and their availability is outside our control.
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Prices and inclusions are shown at checkout. Beta may be free.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
