These terms are a contract between you and DatA+, an SEO and analytics application operated by an individual sole proprietor registered in India. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you are using DatA+ for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
DatA+ reads the Google Search Console and Google Analytics data for websites you connect, joins them, and produces audits, recommendations and client reports. Where you connect a WordPress site, it can publish a specific change after you approve it. Where you connect an ad account, it shows paid performance beside organic. Features vary by plan.
DatA+ is not yet open to public sign-up. Access is granted by invitation while Google's verification of our application is pending. We may change this once verification completes.
You are responsible for your account, for the credentials you connect, and for everything done under your login. Keep them secure and tell us promptly at hello@datapls.in if you suspect misuse. When you connect a CMS, use an account with the least access that will do the job: an Editor rather than an Administrator.
You may only connect websites, analytics properties and ad accounts that you own or that you manage with the owner's permission. You are responsible for having that permission, and for telling your clients that you use a third-party tool to process their data. Our Data Processing Addendum sets out the terms on which we process it for you.
Do not use DatA+ to access data you are not authorised to access, to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to send unsolicited email, or to interfere with the service or attempt to circumvent its limits. We publish rate limits and enforce them; deliberately working around them is a breach of these terms.
New workspaces get a 14-day free trial with full access. There is no free tier after it. To keep using DatA+ you choose a paid plan before the trial ends.

Current prices are shown on the pricing section of our site and at checkout, in Indian rupees for customers in India and in US dollars elsewhere. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never receive your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. Taxes, including Indian GST where it applies, are charged in addition unless stated otherwise.
You can cancel at any time from Settings; your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. We do not give pro-rata refunds for a period already started, except where the law requires it or where we have failed to provide the service.
When a trial ends without a plan, or a subscription lapses, the workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted, so nothing disappears while you decide. If it stays closed, everything in it is permanently deleted 30 days later. Deleting your account yourself in Settings deletes it immediately, with no grace period. Retention is set out in full in the Privacy Policy.
You own your data. You grant us only the licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the DPA. We do not use your data or your clients' data to train AI models. You can export or delete it at any time.
AI recommendations are drafts, and drafts can be wrong. Every change to your website is applied only after you explicitly approve it, is limited to the fields shown to you, and stores the previous value so it can be undone. You are responsible for reviewing a change before approving it, and we are not liable for the consequences of changes you approve. Do not use DatA+ as your only record of any data.
We aim to keep DatA+ available but do not promise a specific uptime, and we may take it down for maintenance. Features may change or be withdrawn; where a change materially reduces what a paid plan provides, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused period.
DatA+ depends on Google, your CMS, Razorpay and the other providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their availability, limits and pricing are outside our control. If Google changes or withdraws an API, the corresponding feature may change or stop.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these terms, from your use of the service, or from your connecting a website, analytics property or ad account you were not entitled to connect.
You may stop using DatA+ and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is being used unlawfully, or where non-payment continues after we have asked. Where the circumstances allow, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put it right.
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for material changes, email you at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use DatA+ after that means you accept them; if you do not, cancel before they take effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be excluded by contract, nothing here takes those rights away.
