DatA+ ("we", "us") is an SEO and analytics tool operated by an individual sole proprietor based in India. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. Questions: privacy@dataplus.app.
To provide the service: sync and store your search data, generate insights and audits, apply changes you approve, and send you reports. Our AI features process the compact, pre-aggregated numbers described above to draft recommendations; they do not train third-party models on your data.
Performance of our contract with you, your consent (for connecting Google data), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the service.
For website and analytics data you connect on behalf of clients, you are the data controller and we act as your processor. Our Data Processing Addendum governs that relationship.

We keep your data while your account is active. Audit logs are kept for up to 12 months. You can delete your account and all its data at any time from Settings, which removes it immediately.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Export and deletion are self-serve in the app (Settings, "Your data"). For anything else, email us. EU and UK users have GDPR rights; California users have CCPA/CPRA rights, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell personal data.
The app uses a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We use no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere.
This marketing site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure how it is used. It is off until you accept it: nothing is requested from Google and no analytics cookie is set unless you choose "Accept" on the banner. Declining is a real choice and is remembered. You can change your mind at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page. Your choice is stored in your browser's local storage, which is what lets us not ask again.
Google access is read-only. Credentials are encrypted at rest. Data may be processed in the US and EU; where required we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.
